Since 2005, Household of Faith Church Summer Camp Program {Camp HOME}, a non-profit, community organization, has provided a low-cost summer camp experience to nearly 500 at-risk youth from Jacksonville Northside Community. Throughout the years, HOFC Camp HOME has been able to carry on the mission of enriching the lives of hundreds of youth by offering a safe, structured and encouraging environment in a natural setting.

The children who attend HOFC Camp HOME are very diverse and face many challenges at home, in school, and in their community. We strive to remove all barriers that prevent a child from being able to come to camp. Through the financial support of generous individuals and organizations such as Jacksonville Children Commission and The City of Jacksonville, we are able to provide a camp experience, as well as provide everything our campers need during their summer session at camp material, supplies, toiletries, food, and activities.

Our focus is to assist in the development of our campers through leadership and character building skills and by helping our campers cope with life's challenges.

We believe our summer camp program is one of the best that demonstrate leadership within our community kids. Camp H.O.M.E. program is a fun and exciting summer program for community children ages 5-15 that live in the 32208 & 32209 zip codes and surrounding areas.

Camp H.O.M.E is design to build strong families and communities by unlocking the potential of our youth of today, our leaders of tomorrow. We are providing campers programs that will enrich their skills, talents and thinking. During past three years 25% of our campers experience computer for the first time and 50% of our campers participated in the fine arts of dance for the first time and all of our campers receive the opportunity to participate in a community project.

We also believe Camp H.O.M.E. answers an important need in the community and is a haven for children who may not be able to experience the opportunity to attend a summer camp. With our experience staff members we are able to provide campers a wealth of knowledge that will unlock the leadership potential of each camper.

What make Camp H.O.M.E. unique is our mission to invest in the future of the community and enriching the lives of the children who attend our camp. We remedy problems these children experience daily with conflict resolution instruction, teamwork, anger management and skills that will assist them in making correct decisions in all aspects of their lives.
